Stayed for 3 nights the rooms are great, clean and quiet. I would stay again. Really great location, you don’t have to leave the parking lot for food options and gas.
Customer service was excellent! Fast check in and fast check out. Breakfast was delicious. The bacon and sliced turkey sausage was a nice surprise as it's usually pork sausage. Seating area was bright and clean. Yes, as a lot of other reviews point out, the highway noise is loud but it didn't bother me as the 401 is louder.
This hotel was located about 1 hour from Montreal and it was great. Spent 1 night there and there is lots to do. The hotel itself is good for a family of 5. It was very comfortable. There was some issues with bathrooms plumbing. (Sinks) Pool was decent and gym was nice. It is a banger for the cost here and I would recommend. Wifi is normally slow and only fast during sleeping hours and the afternoon.
Great place to go. Loved the modern rooms. The pool was clean but not shallow. Open fridge charges to youre credit card. Key card acces. Breakfast served. Highly recomend. Oh and there is a bunch of restaurants at proximity you can just walk there safely.
Stayed here for a quick stopover after a long drive from Toronto. The hotel was comfortable for a night’s rest — rooms were decent, and breakfast was okay. The location is perfect if you’re just stopping overnight and want to get back on the road early after a good shower and breakfast.
Great service. Close to a lot of restaurants. The staff recognize return corporate travelers, particularly the Night Auditor Oliver. Has a sympathetic ear, very helpful and just what you would want in someone to help you or just chat with for a minute. This guy should be a trainer for the entire company.
Room was modern and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Great location with small strip mall right beside the hotel with a few restaurants. Abdel was pleasant at the front desk. Very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed our recent stay with our two furry dependents. The room was spacious, bright, and well laid out with plenty of storage and surface space for belongings. The blackout blinds were very effective and appreciated. Breakfast which included hot items was very good and the eating area spacious. The checkin and checkout was very smooth with the friendly and accommodating staff on the front desk. This hotel will be our choice when we return to St. Hyacinthe.
